Client Care Coordinator
I became interested in real estate a few years ago. I was drawn in by how individuals could buy investment properties and create a return of profit. This led me to work on the Administration side of Real Estate a year and a half ago. I wanted to work in a field where I could work with people and utilize my organization skills. That's where becoming a Client Care Coordinator for the Agent Gordon Team fit for me.
With experience working in Customer Service for the Health and Safety industry, I knew how much of a difference connecting with a client and ensuring they have a good experience means. I also know that purchasing and selling a home can be one of the most stressful events in someone's life. Knowing this I strive to reduce as much stress as possible by ensuring the details, such as dealing with lawyers, are taken care of. I try to ensure that when someone buys or sells their home they can focus on the excitement of a new beginning rather than stress.
